Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping process. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation and refund have been processed successfully.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Please check the product description carefully before making your purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

If you received a gift that you would like to return, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit to the original purchaser. Please include the original gift receipt with your return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement to confirm the refund has not been processed. Some financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company directly, as they may be able to provide more information about the status of your refund. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team with your order details, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
